I just bleach my hair for several minutes because the beauty of this color is that the green will cancel out most light red tones, which means less bleaching time if you're concerned about damaging your hair. The best part is that the dye itself isn't damaging at all to your hair and conditions it to a certain degree. I work at a Spencer's, and I get comments constantly from customers that like the color and think it is unique. I just do a protein treatment after coloring to seal in the color, then use a sulphate free shampoo, deep conditioner, and rinse with cool water every time I wash my hair an the color looks good for up to a month. I absolutely recommend this product! I always pre-bleach, and my color stays vibrant and solid for a LONG time. I touch my roots up every 2-3 weeks, but rarely have to reapply dye anywhere else. This stuff is great, ammonia free, and long-lasting for sure! Just make sure you're committed to color, because it can be a BEAST to get out if you decide you don't want it anymore.
